I’m ready to build upward by adding a second-storey space above a small existing sunroom. The entire footprint of that sunroom will become a brand-new full bathroom paired with a generous walk-in closet.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Structural and architectural plans that show how the new floor ties safely into the current roofline, walls, and foundation.
• Interior layouts that maximise the limited square footage while still giving me a comfortable bathroom flow and a true walk-in closet (not just reach-in shelving).
• Rough plumbing, electrical, and HVAC schematics so the bathroom’s drainage, venting, and climate control are code-compliant and ready for permits.
• Material and fixture call-outs I can hand straight to a contractor.

I already know the function—bathroom plus closet—so I’m looking for creative space-planning ideas, realistic 3D views or elevations, and construction-ready drawings that pass local inspection without revisions.
