Eye2Serve SAP Instant Bid Software

I need a small Windows-based utility that logs into the Eye2Serve (SAP) freight tender portal, waits for a chosen contract to open, and fires our pre-calculated bid the very first millisecond the system allows it. The site awards freight lanes strictly on a first-come-first-served basis, so raw speed and rock-solid reliability matter more than anything else.

How I picture the workflow
• I enter one or more contract numbers and their ready-made prices (CSV or an on-screen table is fine).
• The tool authenticates with our usual SAP credentials, keeps the session alive, and monitors the status of each contract.
• The exact moment bidding goes live it submits the stored price, confirms acceptance, and logs the server timestamp so we can prove our place in line.
• If the bid fails or the site throws a captcha/timeout, the software should retry instantly with sensible back-off rules and alert me.

Technical notes
• Must run on Windows 10/11.
• I did not lock the build to any one language or technique; browser automation (Selenium, Playwright, etc.), direct API calls, or a hybrid approach are all acceptable as long as they hit the speed target. Feel free to recommend what you believe will shave off the most milliseconds.
• Include a simple UI that lets my team load new contracts without touching code, plus a log file we can export.
• Source code and a brief setup guide are part of the hand-off.
