Extract Product Data to Spreadsheet

I have a collection of product PDFs and images that need to be converted into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. Every product that appears in those files should become a single row containing its name, price, description, and any other details you can reliably pull from the source.

Accuracy is everything here: figures must match exactly, text must be free of typos, and any symbols, accents, or units should be preserved. Feel free to use OCR, manual typing, or a combination—whatever gets the job done without sacrificing precision.

Deliverables
• A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheet) with one product per row and clearly labelled columns.
• Original file names or page references noted beside each row so I can trace every data point back to its source.
• A quick summary of any products you could not read clearly, so I can supply better images if needed.
