Extract PDF Invoice Data

I have a batch of digital PDF invoices with fully selectable text that need to be transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel file. No OCR is required—every character can be copied directly—so speed and accuracy are the main priorities.

You will receive a folder of the source PDFs, and I’m happy to discuss the exact column layout before you begin so the spreadsheet matches my reporting needs. If you work with VBA, Power Query, Python, or simply fast manual entry in Microsoft Excel, that’s entirely up to you as long as the final sheet is error-free and consistently formatted.

Deliverable
• One Excel (.xlsx) file containing all captured invoice data, ready for sorting and analysis.
