Builders have just wrapped up on my project, but the exterior still looks like an active job site. I need someone to clear away all leftover construction materials—wood off-cuts, pallets, scrap metal, nails—as well as any general trash the crew left behind. Once every bit of debris is removed, all exterior surfaces must be pressure-washed, from the walls and siding to the walkways, driveway and any hardscape so the property is ready for final inspection and hand-over.

You’ll need to bring your own tools, including a powerful washer capable of tackling cement dust and light paint overspray. Hauling or on-site sorting of debris for recycling or proper disposal is part of the job. When you leave, the site should be spotless, free of hazards, and completely rinsed down.

If you have experience with post-construction outdoor cleanups and the equipment to match, I’d love to hear how quickly you can get this done and see similar jobs you’ve handled.
