Express Delivery Riders Needed Bengaluru

I run a fast-growing quick-commerce platform and need reliable delivery riders across multiple Bengaluru pin codes. The job centres on express deliveries—orders leave the store and must reach the customer in minutes—so I need people who know the city’s shortcuts, can handle traffic calmly, and are ready to work every single day.

You will pick up packed orders from our partner dark stores and drop them to customers within the promised time window. Most packages weigh under 8 kg and are sealed for easy transport. A smartphone with GPS, basic Kannada or English communication, and your own well-maintained two-wheeler are essential.

Deliverables (per shift)
• Accept orders in the rider app within 30 seconds
• Collect, verify and load the items safely
• Reach the destination within the prescribed express SLA and obtain digital proof of delivery
• Report any delivery exception immediately in the app

Consistent performance earns bonus payouts and priority shift allocation.
