Expert HubSpot + Meta CAPI Implementer Wanted

Meta CAPI + HubSpot Conversion Tracking Expert Needed

We are looking for an experienced freelancer who can set up and optimize Meta (Facebook) Conversion API (CAPI) with our lead-generation funnel.

Our Lead Flow:
Meta/Facebook Ads → WhatsApp / Instant Form → HubSpot

We use HubSpot to manage the complete lead journey, with different stages such as New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, etc.

What We Need:
Set up Meta CAPI with HubSpot
Track lead stages/events from HubSpot back to Meta
Configure accurate event tracking and deduplication
Send qualified/conversion data back to Meta for better campaign optimization
Ensure WhatsApp and Instant Form leads are tracked correctly
Test the complete tracking setup and troubleshoot existing issues
Provide documentation and explain the setup to our team
Ideal Freelancer:
Strong experience with Meta CAPI / Conversion API
Hands-on experience with HubSpot + Meta Ads
Experience with WhatsApp lead tracking and Meta Instant Forms
Understanding of CRM lifecycle/conversion events and Meta optimization
Can demonstrate previous successful CAPI implementations

Important: We are looking for someone who can actually execute the setup end-to-end, not just provide instructions.
