English Practice Portal Development( DASACATECH-English)

I need a web-based platform where my English students can sign up, pick their level (Foundation 1–3, Basic 1–3, Intermediate 1–3, Advanced 1–3), and complete grammar and vocabulary activities that I create for them. The core exercise type for launch is multiple-choice; later on I may extend this to other formats, so a modular question engine is preferred.

Each student should have a secure profile that stores:
• Progress history
• Exercise results

In addition, the learning experience must include:
• Real-time progress tracking that shows how far the learner has gone within each level
• A leaderboard that ranks students by points earned, fostering friendly competition
• Automatic certificates generated when a student finishes all units of a level

From the admin side I want an interface where I can:
– Add, edit, and assign exercises to specific levels
– View detailed performance analytics per student, class, and level
– Export results to CSV or similar for offline analysis

Technical expectations
• Modern, responsive front-end (React, Vue, or similar) with clean UX on desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Back-end and database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) to manage users, content, and results securely
• RESTful or GraphQL API so future apps can connect easily
• Clear documentation and an install script so I can deploy on my own server

Acceptance criteria
1. Students can self-register, log in, and recover passwords.
2. Level-based dashboard loads only the exercises assigned to that level.
3. Multiple-choice questions record answers instantly and update the progress tracker.
4. Admin panel lets me build new questions and assign them without code changes.
5. Leaderboard, certificates, and analytics pages reflect live data from the database.

If you can include test data, unit tests, and a brief walkthrough video, that will speed up acceptance. Let me know which tech stack you propose and an estimated timeline for each milestone.
