We are seeking an experienced Product Safety and Compliance Specialist to guide us through the CE marking process for our product.

Project Scope:
Determine all applicable EU Directives and Regulations for our product.
Identify the correct harmonized standards required for testing.
Draft or review the Declaration of Conformity (DoC).
Guide us on compiling a legally compliant Technical File.
Advise if a Notified Body is required or if we can self-certify.
Required Qualifications (You must prove these in your bid):
Proven experience navigating European compliance frameworks.
Direct experience drafting Technical Files that have successfully cleared EU customs.
Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements simply.
