I need a series of promotional product-review articles that speak directly to professional beauticians. Each piece should read like an insider’s assessment, balancing technical ingredient knowledge with practical, salon-floor experience so readers feel confident recommending or retailing the items to their own clients.
Scope
• Length: about 800–1 000 words per article, written in clear, authoritative language.
• Tone: expert yet approachable, assuming readers already understand basic cosmetology terms and are looking for nuanced insight rather than beginner tips.
• Focus categories (every article will fall into one of these):
– Hair care products
– Skincare products
– Makeup products
• Depth: discuss formulation highlights, performance claims, ideal client profiles, compatibility with other professional-grade lines, and any retail upsell angles. Comparative mentions of competing products are welcome when they strengthen the review.
• SEO: weave in naturally researched keywords around professional haircare, advanced skincare, and pro-makeup without disrupting flow.
• Deliverables: final, proofread articles in editable DOCX or Google Doc format, with a short meta-description for each.
Acceptance criteria
1. 100 % original content (I will run CopyScape).
2. Consistent technical accuracy—INCI names correct, usage proportions realistic.
3. Engaging lead, logical sub-headings, and a clear recommendation or verdict.
4. Delivered on the agreed schedule so I can queue them into our newsletter pipeline.
If you’ve previously written for trade magazines, manufacturer blogs, or salon distributors, let me know and feel free to share a sample link. I’m ready to assign the first batch as soon as I find the right voice.
