Expert AI Engineer | Cursor + Claude + Grok Bot Integration for Agentic Systems

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to help build and improve production-ready AI agents and multi-model systems.

What you will work on:

Design and develop autonomous multi-agent systems
Build advanced workflows using Claude (API + Claude Code) and Grok
Integrate and customize Grok Bots into products and internal tools
Use Cursor as the primary development environment (agentic coding, project rules, and advanced workflows)
Implement robust RAG pipelines, tool calling, observability, and production-ready agent architectures
Continuously optimize prompts, context management, and agent reliability

Main Project Scope – Brazilian Public Bidding Automation:
The system must integrate with all public bidding portals in Brazil and search for every relevant opportunity in my business sectors (the current system already does this, but not with 100% coverage).
It should use the crawler and tools contracted through Conlicitação (including their portal robots), or preferably develop proprietary robots for every portal.
The AI agents must be able to:

Read and fully interpret tender notices (editais)
Cross-check the content against current Brazilian legislation and other AI systems
Prepare formal challenges (impugnações) to the notices when necessary
Prepare bid spreadsheets, register proposals, and participate in the bidding processes
Read, interpret, and communicate via the portals’ chat with the auctioneers (pregoeiros)
Execute every required step of the process
In case of an appeal against the proposal, prepare and submit the appeal
Respond to any requests for clarification (diligências)
Complete the entire workflow until the auction is awarded and homologated

Must-have requirements:

Deep daily experience with Cursor
Strong hands-on experience with Claude (API and Claude Code)
Practical experience integrating and working with Grok / Grok Bots
Solid Python skills
Experience building real agentic systems (LangGraph, CrewAI, PydanticAI or similar)
Ability to deliver production-quality code, not just prototypes

Nice to have:
Fine-tuning experience (LoRA/QLoRA)
Experience with observability tools (LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
Knowledge of advanced multi-agent patterns

This is preferably an ongoing collaboration. We can start with a fixed-price first milestone and move to hourly if the fit is good.
