Project Title: Data Privacy Management SaaS Platform & Website Development
*Fundamental Requirement:* The developer must be located in Africa or Europe due to time zone and location preferences. Please don't bid if you are not in Africa or Europe.
Project Description: We are looking to develop a Data Privacy Management SaaS Platform designed for use by employees or Data Protection Officers (DPOs) without requiring specialist knowledge of data privacy laws. The platform should automate 90-95% of data privacy compliance tasks, including DPIA, LIA, ROPA, DSAR, VRA, Privacy Policies, and Data Breach Notification/Assessment, cookies, consents, etc. The solution must integrate AI agents as a core feature to achieve this level of automation. Additionally, the developer will also create a marketing website to promote the platform effectively. This post serves as a summary of the project requirements. A more detailed Product Requirements Document (PRD) will be shared during the interview process with prospective freelancers.
Key Deliverables: 1. Fully functional SaaS platform for data privacy compliance. 2. Embedded AI agents to automate compliance tasks. 3. User-friendly interface with simple forms for task completion. 4. A marketing website to promote the SaaS platform. 5. Jurisdiction neutral so we can launch in new countries without rebuilding from scratch. 6. Clients must be able to choose between local or global storage of data (data localisation vs AWS, Google Cloud, Azure...). 7. Different account types: company account (internal DPO); external DPO/consultant account (managing any number of clients' privacy compliance), Super admin. 8. User friendly CMS for making updates without writing codes or requiring the developer for content update. 9. Infrastructure crawling for data and assets.
Timeline: 6 weeks.
