Experienced YouTube Vlog Editor Needed

I run a lifestyle-focused YouTube channel and I’m ready to bring on a dedicated long-form editor here in India who can turn raw travel-and-daily-life footage into tight, high-retention vlogs (10-15 minutes on average).

What I care about most is storytelling and pacing. Quick, purposeful cuts, zooms, pattern-interrupts and seamless B-roll inserts should keep viewers hooked from the first frame to the last card. Crisp on-screen text, engaging captions and thoughtful sound design must all feel natural, never forced. Every edit needs to make the video genuinely more watchable, not just prettier.
