WALMART MARKETPLACE / WFS PRIVATE LABEL EXPERT – PROVEN RESULTS ONLY
NO BEGINNERS. NO TRAINING. NO EXPERIMENTS.
I am looking for an experienced Walmart Marketplace expert who has successfully launched and grown products on Walmart.com using WFS and can demonstrate actual results.
This is NOT a basic VA position. I need someone who can take a product from research and sourcing through listing creation, WFS, launch, advertising, optimization, inventory management, and profitable sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PRODUCT RESEARCH
Find profitable Walmart product opportunities with:
* Strong demand
* Manageable competition
* Target selling price of $25–$50+
* Healthy margins
* Reasonable WFS fees
* Small/lightweight dimensions where possible
* Low return/breakage risk
* No complicated regulatory requirements
* Private-label potential
* Clear differentiation opportunities
* Potential for related products
You must explain WHY you believe a product will work. I do not want random product lists. I want you to conduct the research, analyze the numbers, and recommend products you would personally invest in.
2. MARKET & COMPETITOR RESEARCH
For each product, analyze:
* Walmart search results
* Competitors
* Pricing
* Reviews and review quality
* Sales indicators where available
* Listing quality
* Images
* Customer complaints
* Competitor weaknesses
* Differentiation opportunities
* Market demand
* Seasonality
* Brand concentration
* Advertising competition
* WFS costs
* Estimated profit and ROI
3. SOURCING
Once a product is identified:
* Find multiple suppliers
* Research Alibaba/China manufacturers
* Compare pricing and MOQ
* Check customization and packaging
* Check certifications where applicable
* Negotiate pricing
* Calculate landed cost
* Calculate complete WFS economics
* Recommend product improvements
I also have access to U.S. wholesale suppliers, so you should be able to determine whether a product should initially be tested through a U.S. supplier before moving to China.
4. PRIVATE LABEL
Help develop products into genuine private-label products:
* Product positioning
* Brand positioning
* Differentiation
* Packaging
* Branding
* Variations
* Pack sizes
* Colors/styles
* Bundling opportunities
I am not interested in simply copying existing Walmart products.
5. WALMART LISTINGS
Create complete, professional listings including:
* Keyword research
* Optimized title
* Key features
* Description
* Search terms
* Attributes
* Correct category/taxonomy
* Variations
* Image strategy
* Infographic concepts
* Lifestyle image concepts
* Conversion optimization
6. LAUNCH & ADVERTISING
You must have experience launching products from zero sales.
You should understand:
* Launch pricing
* Walmart Sponsored Products
* Campaign structure
* Keyword targeting
* Bids
* Budget allocation
* ROAS/ACOS/TACOS
* CTR
* CPC
* Conversion rate
* Search-term analysis
* Promotions
* Organic ranking
* Scaling profitable campaigns
* Cutting wasted advertising spend
7. WFS MANAGEMENT
You must have hands-on WFS experience, including:
* WFS enrollment
* Inbound shipments
* Packaging/labeling requirements
* Inventory management
* Replenishment
* WFS fees
* Returns
* Damaged inventory
* Inventory reconciliation
* Avoiding stockouts
You must be able to calculate the COMPLETE economics of a product after product cost, freight, Walmart fees, WFS, advertising and other expenses.
8. ONGOING MANAGEMENT
Monitor and optimize:
* Sales
* Ranking
* Conversion
* Advertising
* Reviews
* Competitors
* Pricing
* Search terms
* Inventory
* Returns
* Customer feedback
WHO I WANT
I want a PROVEN Walmart Marketplace operator, not someone looking for their first opportunity.
REQUIRED:
* Proven Walmart Marketplace experience
* Proven WFS experience
* Experience launching products from scratch
* Walmart USA experience
* Product research experience
* Walmart advertising experience
* Listing optimization experience
* Alibaba/China sourcing experience
* Strong understanding of Walmart economics
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent written English
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to take ownership and make recommendations
MOST IMPORTANT: YOU MUST SHOW YOUR TRACK RECORD.
Screenshots are strongly preferred. You may hide confidential information, brands, SKUs or client information.
DO NOT APPLY IF:
* You are new to Walmart
* You have only watched Walmart courses
* You have never launched a Walmart product
* You have only uploaded listings
* You have only done customer service
* You have no WFS experience
* You have no Walmart advertising experience
* You cannot demonstrate previous results
* You cannot explain Walmart economics
* You have no sourcing experience
* You require constant supervision
* You are sending a generic copy/paste proposal
APPLICATION QUESTIONS
Please answer EVERY question:
1. How many Walmart products have you personally launched?
2. How many used WFS?
3. Give me 3 examples of products you launched. Include product/category, selling price, approximate monthly sales, time to reach those sales, your responsibilities, and whether you managed advertising and WFS.
4. Give me an example of a product YOU researched that became successful. How did you identify it?
5. Give me an example of a product you rejected and explain why.
6. What tools do you use for Walmart product and competitor research?
7. How do you calculate profitability after product cost, freight, Walmart fees, WFS, advertising and other expenses?
8. What would your first 30 days look like if hired?
9. How do you find opportunities where competition exists but there is still room for a new seller?
10. How would you launch a brand-new Walmart product with zero reviews?
11. What is your experience with Alibaba and Chinese manufacturers?
12. What is your experience managing WFS inventory and inbound shipments?
13. How do you structure advertising for a new product?
14. What is the biggest Walmart mistake you have made and what did you learn?
ROLE
This can become a long-term position for the right person.
I want someone who can become my Walmart product research, launch and growth specialist, not simply another VA.
If you perform well, there will be opportunities to launch additional products, manage larger advertising budgets, expand into additional categories, and take responsibility for a larger Walmart operation.
Performance and results matter more than hours worked.
TO APPLY, INCLUDE:
* Hourly/monthly rate
* Availability
* Time zone
* Preferred working arrangement
* Whether you work independently or with a team
* Software/tool costs
* Examples/screenshots of previous results
FINAL NOTE
I am NOT looking for someone to teach me Walmart.
I am looking for someone who already knows how to FIND, LAUNCH, OPTIMIZE and GROW profitable Walmart products using WFS.
If you have genuinely built successful Walmart products, prove it in your proposal.
If you are a beginner, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
I will prioritize applicants with documented results, strong product research skills, Walmart advertising expertise, WFS experience, and the ability to take ownership from product discovery through profitable sales.
