### Looking for an Experienced T-Shirt Graphic Designer

We are looking for a **highly creative and experienced T-shirt designer** to join us for a **long-term working relationship**.

We need someone who understands **T-shirt printing, typography, illustrations, graphics, trends, and print-ready designs** and can create designs that are attractive, unique, and commercially appealing.

### What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in **T-shirt graphic design**
- Excellent knowledge of **Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or similar tools**
- Understanding of **screen printing, DTF, DTG, and other printing requirements**
- Ability to create **original and eye-catching designs**
- Good understanding of **colors, fonts, layouts, and typography**
- Ability to follow references while adding your own creative touch
- Knowledge of creating **high-resolution, print-ready files**
- Ability to work professionally and meet deadlines
- Good communication and willingness to take feedback

### Long-Term Collaboration
