Experienced SEO Specialist Needed

We're an Australian digital agency looking for an experienced SEO specialist or small team to become a white-label SEO delivery partner.

We're looking for someone we can build a long-term relationship with, with potential for multiple ongoing clients.

We manage the client relationship and overall strategy. You handle the SEO research, recommendations and implementation.

What we're looking for

Strong experience across:

Technical SEO
Keyword research & competitor analysis
On-page SEO
Content strategy & optimisation
Internal linking
Google Search Console & GA4
Screaming Frog
Schema / structured data
Link building / digital PR
SEO reporting

We're particularly interested in someone focused on commercial outcomes, rather than simply producing a set number of articles or backlinks each month.

We don't want PBNs, spammy link building or mass-produced AI content.

Initial client:

Our first client is an established Australian B2B business with an existing platformOS website, approximately 100–150 pages and significant existing organic search traffic.

Experience with platformOS is a bonus, but strong technical SEO experience across different CMS platforms is more important.

We'd like you to explain how you'd approach the first 90 days, what you'd prioritise and how you'd measure success.
