Correct Contracts LLC is seeking an experienced Legal Intake and Sales Consultant to support one of our U.S. law firm clients.
This is an ongoing independent contractor role through Correct Contracts LLC.
The consultant will serve as an important front line contact for prospective law firm clients. The ideal candidate must be professional, confident on the telephone, experienced in sales or client relations, and comfortable following structured legal intake procedures.
This is not simply an administrative position. We are specifically looking for someone who can communicate effectively with prospective clients, build trust, conduct structured intake calls, follow up consistently, and help move qualified prospects through the law firm's engagement process.
Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients by telephone and other approved communication channels.
Manage and follow up with leads generated through Lawyer.com and other sources.
Conduct inbound and outbound prospective client calls.
Conduct intake consultations using firm approved scripts.
Gather relevant facts, contact information, deadlines, documents, and other information needed for attorney review.
Explain approved information concerning the law firm's services, representation process, fees, payment arrangements, and next steps.
Build rapport with prospective clients and professionally address routine questions.
Identify the general type of legal service the prospective client is seeking.
Assist qualified prospects in moving to the next stage of the engagement process.
Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet completed their engagement documents or payment requirements.
Maintain detailed and accurate notes regarding every lead and consultation.
Coordinate with Correct Contracts LLC and the law firm's intake team regarding prospective clients.
Assist with mailers, telephone setup, consultation administration, and related operational tasks when needed.
Areas of Intake
The consultant will receive approved scripts and training relating to matters including:
Debt defense and debt collection lawsuits
Estate planning
Business formation
Contract review
Contract drafting
Contract negotiation
Demand letters
Important Scope of Role
This is a nonattorney intake and client relations position.
The consultant may communicate firm approved information regarding services, fees, procedures, engagement requirements, and next steps.
The consultant must not independently provide individualized legal advice, determine legal strategy, predict case outcomes, or otherwise perform functions reserved for licensed attorneys.
Any substantive legal question requiring attorney judgment must be referred to the supervising attorney.
Schedule
Initial schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
8 hours per day
Approximately 24 hours per week
The role may later expand to five days per week depending on lead and consultation volume.

You should be able to sound professional, confident, empathetic, and persuasive while remaining within approved intake procedures.
Engagement Structure

This is intended to be an ongoing relationship for the right candidate.
