I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day running of my online store to a proactive ecommerce professional who can keep the shop humming, spot growth opportunities, and act fast on issues before they escalate.
You’ll take full ownership of the storefront once we agree on priorities—whether that’s tightening up inventory workflows, refining customer-service touchpoints, or planning sales campaigns that move stock without cutting into margins. I’ll share access to the admin dashboard, supplier feeds, and any existing automations so you can jump straight in, audit what’s there, and recommend improvements.
Key deliverables I expect from you:
• A succinct weekly performance snapshot (sales, traffic, conversion rate, emerging issues)
• A clear, updated product catalogue with accurate stock levels and variants
• A 30-day promotional calendar that aligns with inventory realities and margin goals
We’ll collaborate via Slack and short video check-ins to adjust priorities in real time. If you already know industry staples like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or SEMRush, that’s a plus, yet I’m open to whichever stack you prefer—just show me how it benefits the store.
The role starts as a part-time engagement with room to expand as results come in. Let me see examples of stores you’ve managed, the KPIs you influenced, and the practical steps you took to achieve those outcomes.
