Construction Milestone MS Project

I need a clean, well-structured Microsoft Project file that lets me track progress on a construction job by milestone. The focus is milestone achievements, not day-to-day resource loading, so the schedule must call out every key event—permit approval, site hand-over, concrete pour, topping out, power-on, certificate of occupancy, and any others we agree on—and show at a glance whether we are ahead or behind.

I will supply the target dates and high-level task list. You will translate them into an .mpp with logical task breakdowns, dependencies, calendars, and a clear Gantt view. A Milestone Sheet or custom table that highlights % complete for each milestone is essential, as is a working critical path and no open-ended tasks.

Deliverables
• One Microsoft Project (.mpp) file ready for baseline and weekly updates
• Short PDF or screenshots (1-2 pages) demonstrating where to enter actuals and how to read the milestone status view

Acceptance criteria
• All milestones appear in a dedicated view or filter
• Critical path calculates correctly and the schedule opens error-free in MS Project 2016+
