Experienced eBay Store Manager Needed

I am looking for an experienced eBay Store Manager to manage my existing small eBay store on a long-term, performance-based basis.

Responsibilities:

* Research profitable products suitable for eBay dropshipping.
* Find reliable suppliers and recommend where to purchase each product.
* Create and optimize eBay listings.
* Set competitive prices while calculating all eBay fees, shipping costs, product costs and other expenses.
* Make sure every product has a clear and realistic profit margin.
* Monitor sales and communicate every sale/order to me.
* After a sale, provide me with the supplier and exact product details so I can purchase and ship the item myself.
* Help with customer service and basic order management.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only / profit-sharing position. There is no hourly salary or upfront payment. You will receive an agreed percentage of the actual net profit generated by the store. Payment will be made only after I receive the funds from the completed sale.

I will personally pay for all products and control all purchasing and payment accounts.

I am looking for someone with proven eBay dropshipping experience, strong product research skills and good knowledge of eBay fees and pricing.

Experience working with suppliers in China is a strong advantage.

I am looking for a long-term working relationship. We will start with a trial period and grow the store based on actual results.
