Experienced Adobe Premiere Pro Editor Needed for Military Technology Promotional Video

I am seeking an experienced Adobe Premiere Pro editor to complete a polished 3–4 minute promotional video for a fuel technology being presented to a military and government-procurement audience.
This is primarily an editing and motion-graphics assembly project rather than a filming or asset-sourcing assignment. I will provide:
* Final voiceover
* Curated military and industrial B-roll
* Still images and maps
* molecular and combustion graphics
* Background music
* Logos and brand materials
* Final script and editing blueprint
* A licensed Adobe Premiere Pro video template

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
The editor will assemble the supplied assets into a cohesive, cinematic and credible defense-industry presentation. The finished video should communicate operational reliability, fuel efficiency, reduced maintenance demand and improved logistics resilience without feeling like a generic action trailer or consumer fuel-additive advertisement.
The selected Premiere Pro template is visually sophisticated and extremely resource-intensive. It uses complex graphics, effects and nested compositions and requires substantial graphics-processing power. Please apply only if you have a high-performance editing workstation capable of handling a demanding Premiere project efficiently. Proxy-only workflows may help with source footage, but the template itself must still render and export reliably.
The editor will be responsible for:
* Building the complete video around the supplied voiceover
* Customizing the provided Premiere Pro template
* Replacing template placeholders with supplied footage and images
* Selecting the strongest shots from the curated assets
* Synchronizing visuals, titles and transitions with the narration
* Incorporating interview and testimonial excerpts
* Creating clear metric cards and technical text overlays
* Integrating molecular and combustion graphics
* Applying consistent color correction and visual finishing
* Maintaining accurate spelling, terminology and numerical qualifiers
* Completing revisions based on consolidated feedback
* Returning the organized, editable Premiere Pro project and all final exports
