Existing Floor Plan – Minor Modifications

I have an existing architectural plan in PDF and editable DWG formats for two mirrored apartments in a 16 × 15 m building.

The existing layout is approved as the base plan. Please do not modify, move, resize, or change any element or dimension unless it is specifically mentioned below or agreed with me in advance.

Option 1 – Minimal Changes

* Keep the existing layout unchanged except for the following modifications.
* Create an internal connection between the Majlis section and the family section, preferably without the door opening directly into the Majlis.
* Create a new kitchen behind the Majlis along the external wall.
* Take the required space from the 5.90 m dimension of the Majlis and its toilet area, while keeping the 4.00 m Majlis dimension unchanged.
* The new kitchen should have approximately 1.80 m clear internal depth after wall thicknesses, extend along the Majlis side, and have an L-shaped layout.
* Improve and reorganize the displayed dimensions so they are clear, professional, and easy to read.

Option 2 – Staircase Relocation

* Remove the existing staircase surrounding the elevator, while keeping the 1.80 × 1.80 m elevator exactly in its current location.
* Incorporate the space released by the staircase into both apartments and use it to create the kitchen areas.
* Relocate the staircase to the front area currently occupied by the Majlis toilets/lobbies.
* The new staircase will be a simple two-flight staircase (one up and one down) requiring approximately 2.50 m clear width. I will provide the required stair dimensions.
* Use the remaining space to provide a toilet for the Majlis.
* Create an internal connection between the Majlis section and the family section, preferably without opening directly into the Majlis.
* Improve and reorganize all displayed dimensions professionally.
