I need a website specialist to help me modify the “Free Tools” section of my website,. I want to post an Executive Execution Scorecard™ (i.e., Survey) into the free tools section of my website and capture the contact information from whomever visits this section and downloads the Executive Execution Scorecard™.
Specifically, I want to have a landing page or some other process associated with the Executive Execution Scorecard™ to capture the first and last name, company name, email address and telephone number of individuals who download the Executive Execution Scorecard™ so I can follow-up with them. Preferably, interested individuals would fill-out the landing page or other process to receive the Executive Execution Scorecard™.
Timing to commence this work will begin by October 24 and must be completed by October 31, 2026.
