I’m a newly licensed life-insurance agent in California and I’m ready to build an online presence that does two things at the same time: bring in clients who need policies and attract motivated people who would like to partner with me as licensed agents.
My instinct tells me that high-quality written content is the cornerstone of this effort, so I’m looking for a professional who can plan and execute a blog- and article-driven strategy.
What I need from you
• A clear content plan that positions me on the web as a trusted adviser and a mentor for new agents.
• Regular, well-researched articles that cover three angles: educational pieces explaining life-insurance concepts, real success stories or testimonials that build credibility, and step-by-step guides for anyone interested in getting licensed and building their own agency.
• Guidance on where and how to publish and promote this content—whether that’s on a dedicated blog, guest posts, or repurposed articles for platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn—so that each post funnels readers toward a lead-capture form or appointment calendar.
• Basic on-page SEO so each article can rank for California-specific and national keywords, plus headline and meta-description optimisation for higher click-throughs.
• Simple performance tracking so I know which topics attract policy seekers and which ones resonate most with prospective partners.
Acceptance criteria
1. A documented content calendar for the first 90 days.
2. At least four fully edited, original articles delivered in the first month—one from each of the three requested categories plus a bonus piece of your choice based on keyword research.
3. Set-up instructions (or hands-on implementation, if you offer it) for publishing, basic SEO configuration, and lead-capture integration.
4. A brief metrics-report template I can use to measure traffic and conversions.
