Executive Assistant Needed for Long-Term Role

Seeking a highly proactive Executive Assistant / Right-Hand Person for a long-term direct role based in Kuwait, with permanent relocation support. Salary will be negotiated based on the candidate’s capabilities and experience.

Responsibilities include managing business and personal calendars, meetings, flights, hotels, and international travel; tracking sales, expenses, invoices, and cash flow in Excel/Google Sheets; researching markets, competitors, suppliers, and opportunities; preparing clear reports; and following through to ensure tasks are completed. The right person must be organised, accurate, discreet, independent, and solution-oriented, with excellent spoken and written English and relevant EA/PA/Founder’s Assistant experience. Prior support for a CEO, chairman, founder, or HNWI is an advantage.

International travel may be required. Working schedule to be discussed. Driving licence is flexible. Personal-training/fitness-coaching certification, bookkeeping, project management, other languages, and strong tech/AI skills are welcome advantages. This is intended as a long-term right-hand role, not a one-off task.
