I need a concise, formal-looking colour palette that reflects our Melbourne-based brand and plugs straight into the charts I build in MS Excel for our YouTube channel reporting. The graphics appear in board decks and on screen during internal reviews, so every shade has to read clearly on both big screens and standard printouts.
Here’s what I expect as a hand-off:
• An RGB / HEX palette (primary, secondary, neutrals and alert tones) that stays true to our existing brand guidelines.
• A short style sheet showing the palette in action on the main chart types I use in Excel—line, clustered column, stacked area and pie—so I can copy the formatting with a single click.
• A brief note on accessibility contrast ratios to keep the visuals readable for all viewers.
Deliver the files in an Excel workbook plus a one-page PDF cheat sheet. If you have questions about the current brand colours or need a sample data set from YouTube Analytics, let me know and I’ll forward it straight away.
