Excel Text Entry, Template Provided

I have between 100 and 1,000 lines of plain text that must be transcribed into an existing Excel template exactly as laid out. The file already contains the column headings and formatting I need, so your task is purely manual entry with close attention to spelling, capitalization, and spacing.

Accuracy is more important than speed: every row should match the source text verbatim, and the finished workbook should be free of blank rows, merged cells, or hidden characters. Once you have filled in the sheet, a quick sanity check—filters on each column to confirm consistent data—is expected before you hand it back.

Please be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel (any recent desktop version is fine) and able to deliver the completed .xlsx file within the agreed timeframe.
