Excel & SQL Customer Integration

I need a streamlined way to move my customer data back and forth between Excel and SQL Server without constant manual copying. The work centres on three areas:

• Back-end: define or refine the SQL Server tables, keys and data-types so the customer records store cleanly and can grow with new fields later.
• Bridge: set up reliable connections (Power Query, ODBC or similar) that let Excel pull fresh data for analysis and also push updates back to the database when required.
• Front-end: deliver clear Excel templates—form-driven where possible—that staff can use for day-to-day entry, look-ups and quick filtering.

Accuracy is critical because this data feeds our CRM and email platforms, so I’ll expect sensible validation rules, duplicate handling and concise notes on how the flow works. Hand-off items are the SQL scripts, the working Excel files and a brief “how to” document so my internal team can maintain the solution after delivery.
