Excel Sales Data Reformat

I have a raw sales workbook that needs to be turned into a clean, analysis-ready file.
The finished file should open on a neatly structured table with a clear summary row, so that anyone can instantly read totals and spot trends without scrolling through cluttered data.

Inside the same workbook, I also need a PivotTable that reports two key metrics—“Total sales” and “Number of transactions”. The pivot must allow me to look at those figures grouped first by date and then by product. Feel free to add slicers or filters if that speeds up exploration, but keep the layout simple and printable.

Deliverables:
• One Excel file (.xlsx) containing
 – A cleaned data sheet formatted as a Table with summary row
 – A PivotTable showing Total sales and Number of transactions, grouped by date and by product
• All formulas and pivot options left unlocked so I can audit or refresh later

I’ll provide the current spreadsheet as soon as we start. Accuracy in the transformation is more important than speed, but I’d like the first draft within a day if possible.
