LinkedIn Sourcing Virtual Assistant

Over the next seven days I need a proactive assistant to uncover mid-level professionals on LinkedIn who combine project management, sales experience, and solid technical skills. The search will focus on talent for recruiting-related roles; I will share precise keywords, Boolean strings, and message templates so you can hit the ground running.

Your day-to-day work:
• Identify and add qualified profiles to a simple Google Sheet, noting name, headline, location, and link.
• Send the outreach messages I provide, one by one, from my account.
• Monitor replies and forward interested candidates to me with any clarifying details.
• Keep the sheet and my inbox tidy so I can see real-time progress.

I expect clear written English, comfort navigating LinkedIn, and quick responses during the project window. Prior recruiting experience is welcomed but not mandatory; strong organisational habits matter more.
