Excel Order Status Entry

I have a running list of customer orders and need a dependable pair of hands to mark each one as “Order received” in an Excel file I’ll share. Every afternoon I’ll email you a simple table that contains the day’s new order numbers; your job is to copy those numbers straight into the spreadsheet and tick the corresponding status column.

Accuracy is everything—each line has to match exactly so our downstream processing stays clean. Turn-around should be same-day (within a few hours of my email) so the team always has an up-to-date view. If this first phase goes smoothly, I may extend the work to include further stages such as “Order processing” or “Order shipped,” but for now the scope is limited to the “Order received” flag only.

Deliverable:
• Updated Excel file returned (or saved to the shared drive) with every supplied order correctly tagged “Order received.”
