Excel Mixed Data Entry -- 2

I will supply a folder of scanned images that contain both numeric figures and accompanying text notes. Your task is to key everything into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Each row in the sheet should mirror the original order of the documents, with separate columns for every numeric field and its related descriptive text.

A light layer of quality control is important to me. Please run basic validation as you work—double-check simple totals, watch for obvious typos or misplaced decimals, and flag any illegible characters in a comments column.

Deliverable
• A single Excel file, neatly formatted, fully populated, and saved in .xlsx format.

Once returned, I will spot-check a sample of entries; consistent formatting and the absence of basic errors will be the acceptance criteria.
