Excel Inventory Entry & Bar Charts

I have a collection of inventory records that must be transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. For every item I only need two fields captured: its name and a clear description. Once the list is complete, please build straightforward bar charts that visually summarise the data—think “at-a-glance” views of how many items sit in each category or any other sensible grouping you spot.

Here is what I expect:

• One Excel file with a neatly formatted table containing the item name and description for every inventory record I provide.
• At least one bar chart (more if it adds value) using that table as its source, laid out on a separate worksheet for easy printing or export.
• No macros or external add-ins—native Excel functions only—so the file opens without security prompts.
• A brief note or comments in-workbook that explain how you generated the chart, in case I need to refresh it later.

Accuracy in transcription is crucial, and the final workbook should look polished: consistent fonts, proper column widths, and clear chart titles. If you have ideas to make the visualisation pop while keeping it simple, feel free to suggest them when delivering.
