Excel Employee Performance Tracker

I need an Excel-based management sheet that makes it painless to track and monitor employee performance across my team. The core focus is on two metrics: attendance & punctuality and task-completion rate. I already store daily figures in individual workbooks, so the new sheet should pull that information together, calculate weekly and monthly summaries, and flag any exceptions automatically.
Key expectations
• A clean data-entry area that lets me paste or import raw figures without breaking formulas.
• Automated calculations for hours worked, late arrivals, absences, and percentage of tasks completed on time.
• Visual cues—conditional-format traffic lights or icons—that highlight employees falling below thresholds I can edit myself.
• A compact dashboard with dynamic charts and slicers so I can filter by employee, department, or date range in a couple of clicks.
• Everything built with standard Excel functions, PivotTables, and, where helpful, a bit of VBA to streamline repetitive steps (no external add-ins).
Deliverables
1. The fully functional .xlsx (plus macro-enabled version if you use VBA).
2. A short PDF or sheet tab explaining how to update source data, change thresholds, and refresh the dashboard.
3. Sample dummy data so I can test the workflow immediately.
The solution should work in Office 365 for Windows; compatibility with Excel 2016 is a bonus. If you have done similar employee-tracking dashboards, feel free to mention them—seeing an example will speed up selection.
