Here’s what I’m picturing: worksheets for each month (or another logical period you recommend), a central summary page that automatically rolls those figures up, and clear input areas so I can quickly log planned versus actual amounts for every category. Solid, reliable formulas are everything here; once the sheet is set up I should be able to drop in numbers, press Enter, and see all totals, variances, and running balances update instantly.
