Excel Data Entry & Analysis

I have a series of documents that need to be turned into clean, well-structured Excel workbooks. The work starts with straightforward typing and transcription—moving the raw information from handwritten notes and PDFs into rows and columns. Once everything is in place, I also want the sheets organized, the right formulas inserted for quick calculations, and a light layer of analysis added so I can spot trends instantly.

You’ll be working only in Excel spreadsheets, so deep familiarity with its data entry shortcuts, formula building, and basic visualization tools (think PivotTables, charts, conditional formatting) is critical. Accuracy is more important than speed, but I’m looking for someone who can deliver both.

Deliverables I expect:
• A fully populated Excel file with all source data faithfully transcribed
• Logical tab structure, clear headings, and consistent data formatting
• Formulas pre-built and tested to produce the required totals, averages, or ratios
• At least one simple analysis view—such as a PivotTable or chart—that highlights key insights

I’ll provide the source documents and a template to guide column names and required calculations. If something isn’t clear, let’s discuss it early so the final sheet is bulletproof.
