Excel Data Analysis Formula Help

I have several spreadsheets that are growing more complex, and I need a fresh set of eyes to build the right formulas so the data tells its story clearly. My main focus is data analysis, but the work is mostly at a “basic Excel” level—think lookup logic that always lands on the right value, straightforward statistical summaries, and the occasional quick pivot to slice information for management.

What I’m looking for is someone who can jump straight into the sheets, understand the structure, and then craft reliable functions that keep results accurate even as new rows get added. If you are comfortable with VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP (or better, INDEX-MATCH), simple statistical measures like AVERAGE and STDEV, and setting up pivots that refresh cleanly, that’s exactly the skill set I need.

I’ll share a small sample file first so you can demonstrate the approach you’d take; once we’re aligned, I’ll pass the full workbook. Final deliverables are the updated spreadsheet with all formulas in place plus a brief note explaining the logic so I can maintain it moving forward.
