Excel Book - Data Entry

I have a collection of handwritten notes that contain several small tables filled with text-only information—names, dates, brief remarks, and similar entries. I need every one of those tables reproduced, cell-for-cell, in a clean Microsoft Excel workbook. No calculations or number crunching are required; this is strictly text data entry, but accuracy in spelling and layout is essential so the finished file mirrors the handwritten tables perfectly.

You will receive clear scans of the notes. Each handwritten table should become its own table in Excel, preserving column order and any headings that appear in the original. If a note contains multiple tables, please place each on a separate worksheet and name the sheet after the note’s date or title so I can find information quickly later.

Deliverables:
• One .xlsx workbook with every handwritten table transcribed and formatted
• A short confirmation sheet listing any illegible words you could not verify

Acceptance criteria:
• All text transferred exactly as written, including capitalization and punctuation
• Table structures match the originals (same number of rows and columns)
• Sheet names correspond to note identifiers for easy navigation
• No stray blank rows or columns outside the recreated tables

If any part of a note is unclear in the scan, flag it on the confirmation sheet and highlight the corresponding cell in yellow so I can review it. Other than that, the task is straightforward—steady typing, careful proofreading, and consistent formatting are what I’m after.
