Lecture Notes Transcription Needed

I have a lecture that currently exists only in written form and I need it converted into a clear, well-structured digital transcript for internal reference. The source material includes the lecturer’s handwritten notes plus a few marginal annotations, so accuracy in deciphering and preserving the speaker’s wording matters.

Please type everything into a Word-compatible document, retaining headings, sub-headings, and any emphasized phrases exactly as they appear while omitting non-verbal scribbles (arrows, doodles, etc.). Spelling, punctuation, and basic grammar should be standardised, but do not rewrite the content—this is a transcription, not an edit.

Turnaround is my priority: once I send you scans/PDFs of the notes, I’d like the finished file returned within 48 hours.
