Excel Basic Formula Assistance Needed

My spreadsheet is ready for use but still relies on manual calculations. I’m looking for someone who can weave the correct formulas through it so that totals, averages, and other simple results update automatically across multiple cells (and a couple of linked tabs).

This is strictly about basic arithmetic and logical functions—SUM, AVERAGE, simple IF statements, nothing more advanced and no VBA or macros. The file is already organised; I simply need the right formulas inserted, checked, and delivered back to me working flawlessly.

You’ll return the updated workbook plus a short note that outlines where the key formulas sit so I can tweak them later if needed. Fast turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy comes first.
