Exact Typing of Handwritten PDFs

I have a set of handwritten notes that have already been scanned to PDF. I need every page reproduced in Microsoft Word so that the typed version mirrors the original layout as closely as possible—same headings, spacing, bullet points, and any underlining or emphasis that appears in the PDF.

Accuracy is critical: spelling, punctuation, and any mathematical symbols or abbreviations must match what you see, while obvious handwriting quirks (stray marks, smudges) can be ignored. The goal is a clean, professional Word document that feels like a direct digital replica of the handwritten source.

Acceptance criteria
• Final file: one fully editable .docx replicating the layout of the provided PDFs
• Consistent fonts, margins, and alignment that track the original page structure
• Proofread for typographical errors before delivery
• All pages accounted for, delivered ready to print or further edit
