I am ready to set up a brand-new company outside my home country, designed primarily to hold assets and manage investments. I already have the target jurisdiction in mind and need a specialist who can take the process from start to finish—drafting and filing all incorporation documents, securing the tax identification number, and ensuring the structure meets local regulatory and corporate-governance requirements.
