Exact PDF to Word Conversion

I have a collection of text-based PDFs that can already be copied, but I need them rebuilt in Word so faithfully that anyone could mistake the .docx for the original file. Every font, margin, line break, header, footer, image, and table must remain in place and look identical. Your job is to open each PDF, transfer the content, and fine-tune the formatting until the layout, spacing, and typography match perfectly.

Because the source files are selectable text, no OCR is required—accuracy will come down to meticulous formatting rather than decoding characters. I will provide the PDFs once we agree on the timeline. The finished deliverables should be editable .docx files, one per PDF, with no loss of quality or structure.
