Exact PDF to Word Conversion

I have several PDFs that need to become fully editable Word documents without losing a single element of their original layout. Every header style, table border, image placement, and pagination mark has to look exactly as it does in the source files—just now in .docx format so I can freely edit the content.

While you convert, please also give the files a light proof-read:
• correct any obvious typos you spot,
• add concise comments where wording is unclear or improvements could help, and
• update information that is clearly outdated (dates, references, or data the PDF itself shows as superseded).

Use Word’s Track Changes for the text corrections and leave comment balloons for any notes or replacement suggestions so I can review everything quickly.

Deliverables for each PDF:
1. A replica .docx file, layout-matched to the original.
2. The same file with Track Changes and comments visible.
3. A clean, accepted-changes version once I sign off.

If you rely on Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, or similar OCR tools, that’s fine—just ensure the final result matches the PDF visually and passes a quick style check in Word. I will supply the PDFs immediately and would like the first converted sample back within 24 hours so we can confirm accuracy before you proceed with the rest.
