Portrait Color & Facial Retouching

I have a set of personal portraits that need a tasteful polish in Photoshop. The aim is to keep the images feeling authentic while giving them a subtle boost:

• Accurate, vibrant color correction—fix white balance, exposure, and tonal balance so skin tones look true to life.
• Gentle facial retouching—smooth minor imperfections, even skin tone, sharpen eyes and lips, but stop well before the “plastic” look.

Please work nondestructively in layers so I can tweak anything later if needed. Final delivery should include the layered PSD files plus ready-to-share high-resolution JPEGs (sRGB). Let me know your turnaround time and a quick example of similar portrait edits you’ve handled.
