I need someone who can handle both roles on the day: filming the event itself and then selecting the best stills for a vintage–style edit that is ready to post straight to my social-media channels.
On-site you will concentrate on smooth, steady shots and grab key photo moments as they happen. Afterwards, you’ll take a curated set of images and give them that warm, slightly nostalgic tone—muted colours, gentle grain, the whole look—optimised for Instagram, Facebook and similar platforms (square and vertical crops included).
Final hand-off:
• All usable RAW photos and video footage
• 20 fully edited vintage-style images, delivered as high-resolution JPEGs plus platform-ready compressed copies
If you already work with Lightroom, Photoshop or Capture One and have colour-grading presets you love for a retro feel, let me know. Turnaround for the edits: one week from event day.
