Event Photo & Video Coverage

I have secured the InterContinental London – The O2 for a two-day corporate gathering and need complete photography and videography capture on 9 and 10 September 2026.

Wednesday 9 September
• Call-time: 07:45.
• Duration: roughly 1½–2 hours.
• Brief: arrivals, exterior/venue details, registration, badge pick-up, plus natural networking moments.
The aim is to collect crisp opening imagery—both stills and B-roll—that can later anchor our highlight reel.

Thursday 10 September
This is the core day. I’ll rely on you for continuous, unobtrusive coverage of the programme. Alongside standard event footage, please prioritise:
• informal networking exchanges,
• attendee interactions, and
• any moments featuring our company executives.
A two-person wireless audio kit will be provided for short hallway-style interviews; please record clean dialogue in tandem with video.

Tone
I’m after a balanced feel: polished enough for shareholder reports yet relaxed enough to showcase genuine conversation and energy.

Deliverables (no post-production required)
• All RAW still photographs (high-resolution).
• All unedited video files and synced audio tracks.
• Transfer via drive or download link within three business days of each date.

Milestones & release schedule
1. Wednesday coverage – £125 on receipt of files that evening.
2. Thursday coverage – £250 on receipt of files by 13 September.
