Weight Loss Journey Video

I’ve been filming my entire weight-loss process—early “day one” clips, workout sessions, meal-prep snippets, weekly check-ins, and a few candid phone-camera reflections. All the raw footage now sits in a Google Drive folder and it needs professional shaping into a single, uplifting story.

Here’s what I’m after: a clean 3–5-minute edit that moves chronologically from my starting point to where I am today, balanced with light background music, on-screen text for dates or key milestones, and subtle motion graphics to highlight total pounds lost and other stats. Colour correction and audio smoothing should keep everything consistent even though the clips come from different devices.

Deliverables
• Main video: 3–5 min, 1080p, landscape (MP4)
• Social cut-down: ≤60 sec, vertical (1080 × 1920)
• Royalty-free soundtrack and simple lower-thirds titles
• One round of revisions after I review the first draft
