The Event Design & Production Specialist supports the creation, designing, and delivery of clear, well‑structured visual materials for corporate and project events, trainings, and events worldwide.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to high‑impact meetings by ensuring all event assets are polished, consistent, and ready for execution.
You will:
Create and format visual materials for corporate and project events
Support preparation of presentations and digital assets for meetings and trainings
Coordinate visual assets, digital signage, and basic AV needs during events
Maintain event templates, digital materials, and branded corporate assets
Work with vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of event materials
College or University degree
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, event production or related field
Full proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Experience creating print-ready and digital production files
Experience with presentation design and digital event materials
Demonstrated experience with MS PowerPoint is a must
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro is required
Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, experience with event platforms/digital event applications is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability and desire to travel internationally
