I’m building a battery-powered prototype around an ESP32-S3 and need a rock-solid wiring diagram before I assemble anything. Once we start, I will share a complete list of sensors and modules, but you can assume they will be driven from a 9 V rail that must be stepped down where necessary. My priority is clear pin assignments, clean power routing, and reliable level-shifting so every device behaves exactly as intended.
Your task
• Draw a schematic / wiring diagram that shows every connection between the ESP32-S3, the sensors, any required regulators or level-shifters, and the battery interface.
• Specify the exact GPIO pins you choose for each signal and explain any rationale or constraints.
• Indicate decoupling, protection components, and connector types where appropriate.
• Flag any parts of the design that may require special attention (e.g., high-current traces, noisy signals near antennas).
I will handle all firmware development myself, so no code is expected—just the hardware wiring and clear notes that allow me to build and debug confidently.
Preferred output is a PDF schematic plus the original editable file from KiCad, Eagle, Altium, or another mainstream EDA tool you’re comfortable with.
